Auckland Art Gallery is New Zealand's first museum to be featured on Google Museum View.

Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki is the first New Zealand museum to be captured for Google Museum View.
Now live, the Gallery can be seen via Google Maps or the Google Art & Culture app and website.
In October 2016 a member of the Google team visited with a Google camera trolley to capture seamless 360 degree panoramas of the Gallery's spaces.
In addition to navigating the spaces of the Gallery on desktop and mobile devices, visitors can use the Google Arts & Culture app with a VR headset to take a seamless 360° tour of the Gallery without stepping foot through the front door.
