Thank you for connecting me with the industry both here and in Australia. I have a greater understanding of the business of writing having met with Alice (Bell) every week and the importance of having 'product' as a writer. I'm delighted to have made new long-term creative relationships. What you have made is so important, this year has been transformative.
- Sophie Henderson, 2014 FilmUp participant

If you are a writer, director or producer with a track record don't miss this opportunity to hone your creative practice and advance your career.

For the third year, we are excited to offer talented and tenacious directors, writers and producers tailored mentorships with an industry stalwart to further their craft, career, and creative process.

Up to six recipients will work with Script to Screen to identify a mentor that is right for them, and will receive 20hours of mentoring over the course of the 8-month programme. Alongside mentorship, participants engage in group work & round tables with esteemed filmmakers, and receive wrap-around support from Script to Screen.

Previous mentors have included Scottish novelist and show runner Neil Cross (LUTHER), prolific Australian/NZ producer Tim White, Australian producer Helen Bowden (THE SLAP), legendary Australian director Rolf de Heer (CHARLIE'S COUNTRY), and screenwriter Alice Bell (THE SLAP).

Applications close 5pm, Monday 9th March.
