Ten New Zealand plays will be presented at Short+Sweet Sydney 2013, the largest festival of 10-minute plays in the world. Three Kiwi scripts on the main bill will each have five performances at the King Street Theatre: The Smell of Rain by Renee Boyer-Willison, Higgledy-Trilogy by Rex McGregor and Jilted by Kerrie Spicer. Seven plays will each have three performances in the Wildcards section: A Cripple Talks about Anatomy by Henrietta Bollinger, Underage by Steve Deluxe, Happiness by Angie Farrow, Surrender by Mike Loder, Versus by Colin Rock, Markoff Protocol B by Carl Smith and Do Not Pull by Sally Sutton. The international festival features a lineup of over 150 scripts in January and February.
