German author posts NZ $500 reward for the return of her files and/or stolen laptop
With reference to the article “Burglars steal writer’s new chapters“, published in The Dominion Post on May 22, 2014, Maike Wetzel now announced a NZ $ 500 reward for the return of all her files and the stolen laptop or a NZ $ 250 reward for a copy of the files or the backup copy on the external drive.
The Goethe-Institut inaugural writer-in-residence was victim to a burglary at Sexton’s Cottage on Saturday 17th May 2014 in which she had lost the latest work on her new novel and other private data. Her laptop has the following notification details:
Notebook model: Sony (Vaio) VPC-EE 4M1E/BQP560/4 GB/640G
Serialno.: 5015001946B
As the data contains no valuable information to others than herself, Maike Wetzel strongly recommends the finder to contact her by email mitterosalux@aol.com.
