REVOLVER RETURNS AFTER TWO SELL OUT SHOWS EARLIER THIS YEAR

Revolver captures the romanticism of the travelling circus and combines it with the raw contemporary bloodlust of the streetwise modern world.

Your Mistress of Ceremonies Magenta Diamond leads her cohorts of the revolving stage, highly skilled local and international performers, on a journey of frightening delights. Her ever obedient Colin (The Gimp) Fitzpatrick is always on hand, rotating the revolver world.

The outlaw Beau Champagne, busking god Basketball Jones, the Russian ballet spy Maria Dubrovska and the Voodoo-esque Nikita the Spooky, are all veterans of Revolver. Joining them in The Garden Club Editions, are two Young Bloods with amazing strength and skill. Emma Phillips, an expert in contortion, aerial and foot juggling  feats of amazement, plus  Zach Washer, an Adonis of the Cyr Wheel, and master manipulator.

All in all the Fuse Circus Team are on fire, sometimes literally. The near 360 degrees of audience makes for an infectious atmosphere that breaches the stage, compelling the performers to ever greater feats of skill and for the ‘Gimp’, maybe some lewd acts of debauchery.

This 2011 premier season is proving to be a great success and Fuse Circus is proud to be moving to a new venue for August. The Garden Club on Dixon Street in Wellington, historically the Wellington Rep. Theatre, is perfectly suited for the show and has a built in cabaret feel to the venue.

Due to popular demand an additional show has been scheduled and tickets are on sale now for Thursday 11th and Friday 12th August 2011

The Terrace Tapas bar with be open from 5pm for those in for an early start to the evening, and drink specials are brought to you by Agwa and Quilmes Beer, with the Revolver doors open from 7pm for seating and pre show entertainment.

Capacity is limited and presales are advised from www.dashtickets.co.nz/tour/61

Great things are afoot for Fuse Circus with more dates to be announced and news regarding the future of Revolver Circus-Club.
