The Rialto Channel and Show Me Shorts Film Festival are pleased to present a selection of highlights in New Zealand and International short film at our Opening Night ceremony. This event brings together Wellington short film makers and short film enthusiasts to toast our community’s best and brightest.

Wellington is a prolific short film making city, so Show Me Shorts makes a special effort to acknowledge local talent at our official opening event. The festivities begin with a complimentary glass of wine as you arrive, and the opportunity to mingle with the filmmakers, festival organisers and industry professionals. We will play the winning film from each of our award categories. This is the only night all winning films will screen together in one session in Wellington.
