Web UX analyst Rebecca Cox is looking for artists and organisations running exhibitions and events who are interested in getting viewer and participant feedback.
"I'm always fascinated by the conversations people have around the work in an art gallery, and would love to try using formal and informal user experience research methods to get specific feedback about art and how it affects those who experience it."
For websites, UX research can take the form of informal or structured individual or group interviews, reviewing online activity, running surveys and more. Taking an open ended approach while pivoting around one or two key questions which the creator has can lead to unexpected and useful insights about the results for others of our work.
