Arts Economics is carrying out a mid-year survey of art galleries worldwide. The aim of this short survey is to continue to track the impact on the gallery sector from the COVID-19 crisis, focusing on employment and business structures and highlighting the important value-added by dealers in the art market.
The results will be available in a report published in September 2021by Art Basel and UBS and authored by Dr. Clare McAndrew, founder of Arts Economics.
The findings will provide critical benchmark statistics for the industry and key insights into buying and selling activities at this crucial time. While coverage is improving, New Zealand galleries are still not represented adequately in the study and we need you to help us to change that!
We would be very grateful if you could participate in this survey by answering the following confidential and anonymous questionnaire by Tuesday, July 27 2020.
