correctly provision our domain name WEBSITE TLD/URL onto (back in 2002), has since undergone many
different hosting-site changes, until correctly provisioned by ourselves, (as it was always) FULLY visible).!
Therefore our Trade Mark/Brand/Logo is fully visble via our 2002 registered http://QUIX.co.nz TLD/URL. .

Unfortunately, until we were FINALLY given full access to our 2002 Domain Namespace Dashboard in 2013
(after the 2012 Domain Name dispute - JUST TEN YEARS AFTER WE REGISTERED THE BRAND URL),
we weren't unable to correct Telecom's original incorrect provisioning.
Thus for around ten or eleven years, it was ONLY viewable if Google searched correctly:
Done by searching for it's phonetically-written original "long_speak" URL web-name of QUIXdotCOdotNZ
Something that it still terminates into (even though it is now hosted via an updated WordPress hosting site).

WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT SOME "JOHNNY COME LATELY PLUMBERS" - up in - AUCKLAND.
Who (in 2012) malisciously attempted to pervert the 2002 Trade Mark's Act.
By circumnavigating the NORMAL court action claim routes - for NZ Trade Mark Disputes.
By abusing instead, the NZ Domain Name Commission's "Domain Name Dispute Service" - ?
Done in a vain (cheap-skate) attempt to hi-jack our LEGAL useages of all of our 1965 Trade Marks ,
Brands & Logos as well as attempting to "steal" (for want of a better word) our several well known,
Telephone Word Numbers, Vehicle Rego Personalised Plate & blog-sites around the world, which we'd made

Yes - it was something NASTY, done in what we consider a very evil hi-jacking way, that we never invisaged:
But although it has been of some consternation (in the recent past) as well as costly to defend in that manner,
It has also been "a lot of mirth" to have been cyber-attacked in this manner, especially as they send US emails
of their haphazard plumbing mistakes and customer complaints - via aliases they are NOT authorised to abuse.

At least - since being proven as the rightful owner's of http://QUIX.co.nz - now that we can all laugh about this
(until someone else, TRIES a similar underhanded method, of impinging upon our NZ Trade Mark "rights").

And many years prior to our incorporation in 1999 - by our company owner (used in private business since 1965)

The original "name" that we created many years before
(and have used continously AND contiguously with & thus alongside, our NZ Company "owners" own rights),
was something that some people haven't fully understood (even to this day), that it was NOT just a mere
copyright infringement, but an infringement upon an "active BUSINESS (trading) name", which thus wasn't just
"about" our gate hinge patents (although they were called QUIX HINGES), but was ALSO specifically thus named,
to co-incide with the (other) "pivotal business services" that we undertook, in a "CENTRALISED" fashion,
which we performed, from within our general "company" structure,
which just happened to be based here, in "Central" Otago, New Zealand.

Hence the "term" of: HINGE = pivotal, SERVICES = all those we thus offer, CENTRAL = "obviously",
& "LIMITED (NZ)" = being that it was a limited Liability Company - registered in 1999, (here in New Zealand.).

Also various recycling acronyms, we associated our QUICK-FIX (QUIX) brand / trading as / product "logo" towards.
Were at that same time - malisciously ATTACKED, and attempts made, - to pilpher from us, our vast useages thereof.

Where (hopefully) with the assistance of a brilliant USA amplifier & technical designer, whom we met & discussed mutual inovative ideas with, and whom is currently expanding his own made products, and thus his (own) USA based business, where he resides and is currently based, in Port Townsend, WA. (USA), whom we may "eventually", be able to entice back "here" (into beautiful NZ) to thus be producing some of our "own designed" multiple surround sound products, and or complete audio systems, whilst hopefully even creating new and different items, on a regular basis. (with both local sales & exports in mind).

Especially now that we know (for certain) that there is a suitable amplifier out there.. that we could eventually make use of "directly and indirectly", within our own audio systems.?

And we even listen to the audio clips, that were made (by a professional guitarist) with one of their amplifiers.
