This workshop is aimed at those with some improvisation experience (or who have taken the beginners class on 5th February) and who would like to develop their skills further. It will build on basic improv techniques to create slightly more challenging scenes and dialogue, whilst maintaining a playful and fun ethos.
Improv classes of this calibre with an international expert can cost hundreds of dollars. Thanks to Jeff’s generosity and support of The PumpHouse community, we can offer his classes at a “pay what you can afford” rate. Just choose the price that reflects what you can pay.
The Tutor – Jeff Sleeman
Jeff is an actor, facilitator, and life coach based in the UK with a passion for improvisation which he has taught in a variety of settings including weekly classes, at health and wellbeing events, to passengers on cruise ships, and to trainee doctors to help them develop their interpersonal skills. He has been a member of ‘Sweet and Sour’ improv performance group, run workshops for drama societies, dabbled in standup comedy, and written and produced several short comedy plays and films.
