ArtPoint is excited to present Art Trail 2025, happening Saturday 8 November, 10am–4pm. This year’s trail invites art lovers to connect with a diverse group of local artists across Hobsonville and surrounding areas. Join us for open studios, exhibitions, performances, and community showcases.

What to Expect

Explore a rich variety of art forms — from ceramics and printmaking to dance, digital art, photography, sculpture, visual art, craft, literature, and theatre.

Since its launch, the ArtPoint Art Trail has become a highlight of Hobsonville’s cultural calendar, drawing hundreds of visitors each year to explore local studios, community spaces, and performances. Past trails have showcased the talents of painters, sculptors, writers, and musicians, building a reputation for accessibility, diversity, and community connection. Art Trail 2025 builds on that success with new features, including immersive installations, astrophotography, literary events, and expanded student showcases from Hobsonville Point Secondary School. This year promises fresh opportunities to meet artists, engage with innovative works, and experience the vibrant creative spirit of our community.

Some highlights include:

  • Astrophotography at Hobsonville Point with Antonio Radich —  capturing the skies and nightscapes.
  • Sue Attwoods’ pixel art that plays with colour and texture.
  • Literary Corner featuring Helen Ellis, Lindsey Dawson, and Elaine M King — a gathering of words, ideas, and storytelling.
  • Voice of Ancestors: A Journey of Love and Resilience by Ksenia Kurdyumova — a powerful performance work exploring memory, identity and heritage.
  • Weston Frizzell’s MIRO Studio—new, bold works.
  • Songwriters Showcase with Hobsonville Music Club.

And there’s so much more, including student and staff showcases from Hobsonville Point Secondary School — offering glimpses into emerging creative talent.
