In this thrilling reimagining of the classic canon, Sherlock Holmes, a brilliant woman at the twilight of her storied career, is enticed out of retirement by one final case. 

A scandal threatens the King of Bohemia, and two women appear to be at the heart of the crime- the mysteriously deceased opera diva Irene Adler, and her surviving younger sister Alice. 

With Doctor Watson by her side, Sherlock Holmes follows a trail of deceit, blackmail and espionage, to the lair of her longtime nemesis. Can she solve the case before time runs out? Or will this be the end of the legendary detective?
