Join Te Waka Huia and renowned photographer Te Rawhitiroa Bosch for an illustrated kōrero about his mahi documenting te Hīkoi Mō te Tiriti (March for the Treaty) activations against the Treaty Principles Bill.

Hear how Te Rawhitiroa and his colleagues used photography to shape the narrative of the hīkoi. Anticipating how detractors and mainstream media might frame the peaceful kaupapa, they used their craft to capture the hīkoi attendance, diversity and stories.

Learn how photography can uphold mana, protect the truth, and support kaupapa Māori storytelling.

Nau mai, haere mai! Bring your friends and whānau and be part of this important kōrero.
