This workshop is perfect for everyone. You will learn to love charcoal by using different techniques and mark making. No experience is needed, I will guide you through this process of subtractive drawing, by understanding paper choice, tools materials and perspective.
Experience the dramatic clouds and scenery of New Zealand through charcoal. We will explore the works of 1800s Romantic painters to appreciate the sublime beauty of a landscape. So surprise yourself and get lost in the scenery.
This workshop is running at a new studio, Apollo Clay & Art Studio Gallery. This is on Apollo Drive, just off Constellation Drive, near Mairangi Bay. Plenty of free parking for the Saturday workshop.
Coffee and tea available. Artists work will also be available to purchase at the gallery with a choice of pottery and artworks.
