Join Susan Zou and the Ya Feng Group for this hands-on workshop. Learn about the importance of food and the significance of dumplings in Chinese culture, watch a demonstration of folding techniques, and try your hand at making your own delicious dumplings.
Take a guided tour of Bev Moon’s Fortune exhibition to immerse yourself in the yum cha experience while your dumplings are cooking, and then sample your handiwork!
Open to ages 8+. Under 16-year-olds must be accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian.
