Meet the sheep! Experience the feel of 'raw' wool and how to prepare it. Then create a yarn using just your fingers. Progress to spinning a single thread using a simple spindle, then ply the thread to product a yarn with strength and balance, and wind it into a skein ready to knit or weave.
When you can do this, progress to using one of several different spinning wheels and learn how to make the necessary adjustments for effortless spinning. Beware: you may have just become addicted!
You will go home with one or more skeins of wool you have spun.
