Role Overview

This full-time, hands-on role involves working closely with the CEO, volunteers, and interns. 
It suits someone with:

  • A collaborative team-spirit
  • Administrative support
  • Affinity with the arts and event management (min 5 years professional experience)
  • Strong organisational and networking skills
  • High standard of oral and written communication 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, finance, social media, design, and cloud storage
  • A sense of humour and enjoyment in working with people, especially youth

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Event delivery and coordination
  • Database management
  • Publicity, promotion, and marketing
  • Assisting with funding applications, sponsorships, and donations
  • General administration and communications
  • Supporting volunteers and interns
  • Merchandise stock management
  • Undertake financial functions
  • Governance and compliance record-keeping
  • Contributing to strategic objectives 
  • Minute-taking for meetings
