Expressions of interest are open for the Auckland Live Cabaret Festival Scratch Night! 

Auckland Live are looking for submissions for your bold, beautiful, as well as in-progress ideas to be a part of the Auckland Live Cabaret Festival Scratch Night on Tuesday 10 June in the Wintergarden at The Civic. 

Think cabaret, musical theatre, circus, magic, burlesque, drag, comedy - or something that doesn’t fit neatly in a box. 

You’ll have 5 - 15 minutes to test your work in a supportive, live setting, taking the stage as part of the wider Auckland Live Cabaret Festival programme.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in the spirit of the festival and perform in this spectacular venue!

The form should take no more than 10 minutes. We’re not looking for perfection - we’re looking for spark.

Terms and Conditions:

• Any ideas or material you submit remain your intellectual property - Auckland Live does not claim any ownership.
• This is an Auckland-based event, and if selected, you’ll be responsible for any travel costs associated with attending.
• The festival operates on a fast turnaround. If selected, we will confirm technical equipment availability after discussing your idea.
• The total evening will run for 60 minutes, so each act will be limited to 5 -15 minutes.
