You’ll also take the lead on implementing a new venue bookings system for our studios, playing a key role in streamlining processes and improving the experience for both staff and community users, cross departmental collaboration, and play a key role in making sure TAPAC remains a welcoming, professional, and creative space for all while demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and actively integrating Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into practice.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving, takes pride in efficient systems, and enjoys working at the heart of a dynamic arts organisation.
