About the role
As CEO you’ll chart our path to sustainable growth, performance and impact. Working with a small and dedicated team, you’ll nurture and develop our existing platform (that is already widely regarded and respected in the sector) as well as support the launch and future sustainability of our exciting new products through sector engagement, advocacy and securing new revenue streams.
About you
It’s an exciting time for us as we enter into phase two of our pilot for our new products and services for The Big Idea. We’re seeking an energetic and visionary CEO to lead the team and deliver on the Trust’s strategic priorities. We’re looking for someone special, who ideally has experience in the arts sector. With strong commercial nous you’ll take a strategic lens to your work ensuring that every avenue is explored and that the sector is engaged and educated on our story and our offering.
You will have successfully managed day-to-day operations of an entity and have proven experience leading people.
