Join the dynamic team at Auckland Theatre Company to co-manage the FOH & Bar operations and team at the award-winning ASB Waterfront Theatre in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter. The stunning 675 seat intimate theatre, with its expansive public and function spaces, hosts a range of performing arts, entertainment and corporate events.

We are seeking an experienced, creative individual with a passion for the arts and customer service. The Co FOH Manager is a pivotal role, with responsibility for overseeing the Front of House and Bar operations at the ASB Waterfront Theatre. You and your Co Manager will work together to divide tasks equally and will cover for each other during absences.
 

We are looking for a person who can offer:

  • A passion for the performing arts and events industry.
  • Demonstrable food & beverage experience (including holding a current General Managers Certificate).
  • At least two years’ experience in venue FOH or F&B management or a similar role.
  • Attention to detail second to none and comfort with hands-on operational delivery.
  • An outstanding customer service attitude.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.


This is a part-time (20hpw), job share, permanent role which includes evenings and weekends. Additional hours are available for supervising shifts during performances and events.
