Our goal is to make gospel-centered music accessible, relevant, and culturally resonant for youth in the Pacific. 

We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of music creation and Pasifika culture to oversee the production of four Christian youth songs (already available in English) in ten local languages: 

• Te Reo Māori 
• Tahitian 
• Fijian
• Samoan 
• Tongan 
• Bislama (Vanuatu) 
• Tok Pisin (Papua New Guinea) 
• Marshallese (Marshall Islands) 
• Kiribati 
• Solomon Aelan Pijin (Solomon Islands) 

Translation of lyrics will be carried out ahead of time, but the work will include: sourcing vocal talent, coaching performers (many of whom may not be professionally trained), contracting local recording studios, sound engineers etc and completing high-quality post-production. 

We seek a partner who aligns with our Christian values: respect, kindness, and love. 

This project will be demanding, but rewarding. The right person or company will be organised, adaptable, and passionate about creating meaningful music that inspires youth and reflects their cultural identity.
