The Role
Reporting to the Head of Events, the Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the smooth planning, coordination and execution of events for The Isaac Theatre Royal. This includes managing event bookings, proposals and quotes, contracting, ticketing, and event coordination and delivery. You’ll also be responsible for general office administrative tasks.
You’ll support the events team to collaborate with our hirers and internally to ensure that all events are delivered to a high standard. Events can include performances, corporate and community events, and special productions that take place within the different venues.
Ideal Person
As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, and be used to providing a high level of customer service.
You will have an interest in the performing arts, and a desire to further develop your experience in event coordination. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable managing competing demands.
