RotoruaNZ is a Rotorua Lakes Council Controlled Organisation and operates as both the Economic Development Agency and the Regional Tourism Organisation for the Rotorua district.

About this role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with exceptional communication and customer experience skills for this key role within our Events Team.  As our ideal candidate, you will have the ability to engage with clients effectively, build strong relationships, and ensure every interaction is positive and solution-oriented.  You will be responsible for delivering clear, empathetic, and professional communication across various channels, ensuring that customer needs are met with efficiency and care. Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with qualifications at National Certificate level in the Hotel, Tourism or Conference industry and/or equivalent experience.
