  • Support the two co-leaders of our small, fun, friendly team 
  • Flexible hybrid full-time position with up to two days working from home

What you will be doing:

In this role you will support the co-leaders of our two wings, Creative Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Manawa. Creative Tāmaki Makaurau provides leadership and governance programmes, research, advocacy, and general support to Auckland’s artists and arts organisations.  Te Manawa provides strategic leadership, visionary thinking, and direction to the goals and aspirations of hapori ringatoi Māori.

You will be responsible for: 

  • provision of Executive Assistant services to the joint CE’s
  • day-to-day office management
  • liaison and relationship management for key suppliers
  • administration of our systems, policies and procedures
  • team and stakeholder engagement
  • backbone services for the trust and trustees

 What you will bring:

The person we are looking for will bring to our team: 

  • the experience and commitment to provide high-quality executive support to our co-leaders
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • a can-do attitude
  • an interest in learning about and helping support our region’s amazing arts and culture
  • passion for the creative sector
