As General Manager, you will lead the development and execution of operational and business strategies that drive Footnote New Zealand Dance’s vision and strategic plan, ensuring the company's positive and sustainable future.

In this role, you will manage a small team overseeing all aspects of Footnote New Zealand Dance’s operations. You will also work closely with the Board to identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with sponsors, clients, and key stakeholders.

Whether you have a background as a dancer or broader experience in the arts—ideally in the performance sector – Footnote New Zealand Dance seeks an authentic, people-oriented leader and natural networker to guide this exciting dance company into the future.
