Position Overview:
As the Grants and Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in securing the financial resources necessary to support our mission and programmes. You will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing grant proposals, and assisting in implementing effective fundraising strategies. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a deep commitment to our organisation’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Grant Proposal Development: Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals to foundations, gaming and community trusts.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with current and potential funding partners.
· Fundraising Campaigns: provide support and assistance in fundraising campaigns.
· Grant Compliance: Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations,
· Market Research: Stay informed about funding trends, and grant opportunities relevant to our organisation.
About You:
· Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, preferably in the nonprofit sector
· Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential funding sources.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
