Cornwall Park Trust Board invites proposals from experienced individuals or organisations to develop a 10-year Education Strategy for Cornwall Park.

This strategy will guide how we engage learners of all ages with the park’s unique cultural, environmental, agricultural and historical values. It will be grounded in our Masterplan, reflect our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and embody a lifelong learning approach that is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of a diverse and growing community.

We are seeking a strategy that is:

Distinctive and tailored to Cornwall Park’s identity

Informed by research, consultation and current best practice

Guided by inclusive pedagogies, including mātauranga Māori, constructivist and experiential learning

Designed to enhance partnerships and community relationships

Supported by a phased implementation and resourcing plan

The successful respondent will be responsible for delivering a full strategy, implementation roadmap, initial costings, and assisting with a first-year funding proposal.

Strategy due: 30 January 2026
