Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School is inviting applications for a Kaimanaaki Waihanga, Administrator Production.

 

This multifaceted role works with the Manutaki Waihanga, Discipline Lead Production and responsible for providing effective administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of academic and non-academic activities within Waihanga, Production.

 

This role is part time (0.5 FTE) permanent.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This multifaceted role works with the Manutaki Waihanga, Discipline Lead Production delivering administrative support.  The role will also have a close working relationship with the teaching staff of Production.  Guided by the systems and processes of the Kura, the role is often competing priorities within tight timeframes.

 Experience

  • A dependable collaborator, capable of adjusting priorities in time-constrained settings. 
  • Working within a student community.
  • Managing multiple and often competing workstreams.

Qualifications

  1. Microsoft suite experience.

Remuneration

  • Salary A of Non-teaching staff: $60,000 (0.5 FTE pro-rated)
  • Onsite parking
