Join the Lila School of Bands team as a passionate and skilled Mentor in your instrument or area of expertise. Whether you're a keyboardist, vocalist, guitarist, or an all-round band coach, your role is to guide young musicians in a fun, supportive environment – helping them grow in confidence, craft, and stage presence.
As a mentor, you'll:
Lead weekly lessons (group or individual)
Develop musicianship and performance skills
Help students prepare for term showcases, competitions, and recordings
Work alongside a team of musicians in a vibrant, creative community
We’re looking for musicians who are great communicators, team players, and love inspiring the next generation of performers..
