Position Overview:  

As our Marketing & Communication Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in spreading our mission and increasing our reach. You will be part of developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and building strong relationships with media outlets and partners. 

You will collaborate closely with venues and ticketing providers to ensure our audiences have the best possible experiences. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Implement marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and promote events. 

Create compelling content for social media, website, press releases, and promotional materials. 

Assist with the development and implementation of an audience development framework. 

Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise strategies and achieve organisational goals. 

Cultivate relationships with media contacts, influencers, and community partners to amplify our message. 

Coordinate and manage the process for all CMNZ ticketed events 


Qualifications: 

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. 

Strong project management and organisational abilities. 

Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
