Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival is seeking a highly productive, proactive and collaborative Marketing & Digital Executive to help drive the promotion of our next Festival in March 2026.
In this role, you’ll support the roll-out of marketing strategy and activity, as well as sharing responsibility for maintaining the Festival’s communications across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Digital Manager to ensure all our campaigns are activated; our social media accounts and website are always up to date; and our audience outreach and distribution network, both online and in the real world, is connecting with the right people.
You’ll need to be competent in all things marketing and be comfortable with a varied scope of tasks and duties – all of which are centred on promoting the Festival, its wide range of events, and its arts sector and community initiatives.
While you’ll be surrounded by a creative team of design, video and content specialists to make things happen, this role is also an opportunity for the right person to contribute and upskill in the making of content – and for the right person to be mentored while doing it.
Based in our central Auckland office, no two days will be the same. You’ll need a calm head and the ability to effectively manage a varied and sometimes pressured workload as the team approaches important milestones such as the programme launch, the opening of the Festival, and our manaakitanga towards artists and audiences joining us in March.
