Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator
Are you creative, organised, and passionate about the arts? Join our team to help deliver engaging marketing campaigns and build strong partnerships for Aotearoa's leading literary festival.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
  • Create and edit content and images for a range of platforms (experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop is a plus).
  • Coordinate event promotions, audience engagement activities, and on-site marketing during the Festival.
  • Assist with sponsor, funder, and patron relationships - helping deliver benefits, coordinate events, and manage databases.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing and fundraising activities.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, or event coordination (ideally in the arts or non-profit sector).
  • Is digitally savvy, with strong skills in social media, website CMS, and CRM/database management.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Has a genuine passion for literature, the arts, and community engagement.

If you love variety, teamwork, and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you!
