Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

TAPAC is looking for an organised, collaborative and driven individual with excellent attention to detail to join our vibrant team. This key role will coordinate and oversee the operational activities of our organisation.

Ensure the ongoing operational fitness and maintenance of the venue
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, safe, and cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Ensure the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
Manage and monitor operational objectives and budgets
Recruit, train, and supervise Front of House and Technical staff
Work experience in operations management or coordination
Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities
The ability to excel in a team, while also being self-driven
People management and training experience
A passion for people and the power of the performing arts to connect communities, build confidence, and enrich lives

Established in 2003, TAPAC is a vibrant and busy not-for-profit community performing arts hub based in Western Springs, Auckland. Our core focus is on building performing arts communities and delivering outstanding performing arts education.
