Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival is on the lookout for a highly organized, pro-active and collaborative Partnerships & Administration Assistant to help deliver outstanding service to external stakeholders and support the Festival team internally. 

 

Working with the Head of Partnerships, the Partnerships & Administration Assistant will assist in ensuring Festival sponsor and supporter relationships are managed and maintained effectively, including the processing of invitations and ticket requests.  Alongside these duties, this role will work with the Executive Assistant to manage reception and support the Festival team with administration and varied duties as required, in the lead up to and during Auckland Arts Festival 2025 (AAF2025), 6 – 23 March.

 

As the Partnerships & Administration Assistant, you’ll have a high level of communication and relationship skills plus be super organized. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM and ticketing software, event management and a love of the arts.

 

Based in our new central Auckland office, no two days will be the same. You’ll need a calm head and the ability to effectively manage a varied and sometimes pressured workload as the team approaches important milestones such as the programme launch, the opening of the Festival, and our manaakitanga towards artists and audiences joining us in March.

Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival (aaf.co.nz), is a major celebration of the arts, culture and creative expression. We invite both international and local artists to perform over 18 days of events, in central venues around Aotea Square to spaces and places all over Tāmaki Makaurau. It’s a festival for everyone, every March.
