About Fresh Concept

Fresh Concept is a multidisciplinary placemaking agency based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland. We specialise in strategic design, development, and delivery of engaging public and private spaces, and provide consultation services to both public and private clients.

We are a small, flexible and friendly team who enjoy working together, and we are passionate about the work we do and the impact that we have in our city.

We offer a fun, supportive and welcoming working environment.

Role Overview

The Production Support role will assist our team with on-the-ground logistics.

This will include monitoring and maintaining sites, basic maintenance and light construction, and event work.

A normal day for this role may look like travelling to the waterfront to monitor use of a temporary public space, moving equipment and signage between the office and one of our sites or setting up a small activation/event. Good communication is key to the role, with some projects requiring meetings with various stakeholders, community groups, and creatives to deliver meaningful outcomes.

It’s a varied environment, and every day will be a bit different!

This role will be based between our Eden Terrace office and at various project sites across Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, from the Waterfront and Panmure to Takapuna.

We estimate this role will be 10-25 hours per week and is flexible for the right person.

Most work will fall between Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm with the occasional weekend or evening shift.
