Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival is seeking an organised and motivated Site Producer to oversee the planning and delivery of the Festival Garden hub, the heart of the Festival’s activities in the city’s arts precinct. Centred on Aotea Square, the space is home to live music, food and beverage, official welcoming ceremonies, and partner activations, as well as the Festival’s Spiegeltent venue.

As Festival Garden Site Producer, you’ll work closely with the Artistic Director, Head of Programming and Head of Technical & Production to prepare the site with both artist and audience experience in mind; guarantee it is safe and functioning for both visitors and operations staff; be the liaison for all stakeholders, including the venue landlord and suppliers; and coordinate with the Festival’s programming, marketing and partnership teams to meet their responsibilities within the space.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major focal point of the Festival experience. We’re looking for someone with proven people management, operations and technical nous, a commitment to safety and duty of care, and the ability to hold and bring together the many strands that go into delivering a Festival, rain or shine.

Based in our Auckland CBD office, venues and event spaces, the role is a full-time fixed-term position, commencing late September until late March 2026.
