We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Operations and Visitor Services to join our Museum and Heritage Services team and play a key role in delivering an inclusive, welcoming, and well-managed museum environment.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special as we prepare for the opening of Te Unua, a new world-class museum in Invercargill.
As Team Leader - Operations and Visitor Services, you'll be responsible for ensuring a high-quality, seamless visitor experience every day. You'll oversee front-of-house operations, coordinate facilities management, lead a small team, and champion inclusive service delivery. This position also contributes to the strategic direction of the museum and supports key projects, including the development of Te Unua.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, both days inclusive.
