Located in the Northcote Shopping Centre, just ten minutes from downtown Auckland and Takapuna, Northart provides a public programme of exhibitions and other visual arts activities, characterised by accessibility and innovation.
Northart gallery hosts a programme of monthly individual and group shows across five galleries in two separate exhibition areas.
Gallery 1, 2 & 3 are adjoining spaces in one arm of the Norman King building with gallery 4 & 5 across the way in a seperate gallery space, plus the small Members’ Gallery (contained within gallery 4).
Visits to the exhibition galleries and attending our public programmes are free, all members of the public and visitors to Auckland's North Shore are welcomed.
