Metro - the Auckland magazine know for its brilliant design and striking covers - invited a selection of Auckland's top creatives and designers from a variety of fields to try their hand at designing a cover the magazine's iconic "Best of Auckland" December issue.

The winning entry, as judged by Metro, was designed by Tane Williams, graphic designer for the fashion label Huffer. Metro - the Auckland magazine know for its brilliant design and striking covers - invited a selection of Auckland's top creatives and designers from a variety of fields to try their hand at designing a cover the magazine's iconic "Best of Auckland" December issue.

The winning entry, as judged by Metro, was designed by Tane Williams, graphic designer for the fashion label Huffer.Metro editor Bevan Rapson says the magazine was delighted with the range and standard of entries.

"But Huffer's winning design really captured the Best of Auckland concept and will definitely stand out on the newstand."

Check out the Huffer design on the cover of Metro on sale Monday (24th November). Other cover designs are also featured within the issue including entries from some of New Zealand's leading advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA/Whybin, and DraftFCB.
