A new gallery is bringing contemporary Maori and Waiheke art and sculpture to the heart of Waiheke.
Opening on Easter weekend 2010 this new gallery in the heart of Waiheke's main village, Oneroa will be featuring some of Waiheke's better known established artists and sculptors many of whom exhibit internationally.

Including Chris Bailey, reknown Maori stone sculptor , Sally Smith, multi media artist, Te Aomarama Ngarimu, highly skilled weaver of cloaks and kete, and Jo Smith, painter.
Works will range from large scale sculpture, wall sculpture, paintings, weaving and jewellery all made on Waiheke Island.
This gallery will shine light on some of our countries top artists who happen to have made Waiheke home.
