The People In Your Neighbourhood Project aims to contribute to New Zealand's social fabric by allowing ethnically diverse community stars to be part of a cross-platform arts project and workshop series, engaging with some of the UK's finest modern composers and musicians.
The People In Your Neighbourhood Project aims to contribute to New Zealand's social fabric by allowing ethnically diverse community stars to be part of a cross-platform arts project and workshop series, engaging with some of the UK's finest modern composers and musicians.
The PIYN Project shows the Global face of NZ cities and also aims to enhance the public's perception of Living Cities by providing a precedent for inter-cultural arts practices and a forum for it's emerging creative cultural leaders.
The two week long master-class in creativity will include workshops with the Urban Soul Orchestra (UK) and Charlie Dark (UK) and Mohawk Media (NZ).
