Dolphin Theatre is delighted to present this enchanting operatic romp through old age. This bittersweet comedy is about a quartet of retired opera singers who live in a home for retired musicians.

"Quartet" follows the funny and heart-rending residents Cissie, Reggie , Wilf and Jean, once the brightest stars of the opera world who are now coping with an old age filled more with "senior moments", aches, pains and regrets than curtain calls.Dolphin Theatre is delighted to present this enchanting operatic romp through old age. This bittersweet comedy is about a quartet of retired opera singers who live in a home for retired musicians.

"Quartet" follows the funny and heart-rending residents Cissie, Reggie , Wilf and Jean, once the brightest stars of the opera world who are now coping with an old age filled more with "senior moments", aches, pains and regrets than curtain calls.Whilst contemplating an item to perform for the celebration of Verdi's birthday, they are stunned by the arrival of Jean, the fourth and final member of their famous Rigoletto quartet. Egos collide as Jean rejoins the famous four, in this inspired production about the ageing artists performing dreams.

Please note there is no singing in the play.

Season runs from Saturday 14th June to Saturday 5th July.
