Christchurch based multimedia collective, the clinic, stunned Christchurch Arts Festival audiences with The Peculiar Case of Clara Parsons , through their integration of a technological presentation with a deeply moving story. The Peculiar Case of Clara Parsons has been in development over the past three years, with performances at the Wellington Fringe Festival 2002 (Nominated "Best Set" & "Best Technical") and the Christchurch Arts Festival 2003. Other works include Wild Night American Dream (nominated "Best Original Theatre" Wgtn Chapman Tripp Theatre Awards 2001), Beneath Our Feet (Chch Arts Festival 2001), The Forbidden Room ("Fringe Best for Multimedia" Wgtn Fringe Festival 2001) and Synapse: digging for apples ("Fringe Best for Theatre" Wgtn Fringe Festival 2000).
