Registrar, Music Therapy New Zealand
Music Therapy New Zealand is looking for a new person to fill the role of Registrar, a key contract role within this small and dynamic organisation that supports music therapists throughout New Zealand. The Registrar is responsible for administering the registration process for music therapists, ensuring that this process is managed in a professional manner and that confidence in the registration system is upheld.
Key skills required are:
Fluency in a range of administrative procedures
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when dealing with personal information
Good communication skills and ability to respond appropriately to a range of people
Familiarity with a range of online / software packages
This is a very part-time contract (a maximum of 125 hours per year) so will suit someone looking for flexible part-time work. The majority of hours are carried out between January and May. The role can be carried out anywhere in the country, although may require occasional travel for meetings.
