Soar Print requires a part-time marketing assistant (8 hours per week) to assist the Arts/Marketing division.  This is a varied role with loads of scope. Key tasks include 

  • Assisting with Conference and Exhibitions
  • Assembly of marketing content e.g., images, text , copy, stand design & general  assistance ,liaison with marketing team on managing elements for advertising ,and promotions ,  EDM preparations,   
  • Social media support / general marketing tasks - blog support, Gathering content, photos and text for our Agency, Gathering copy and editable text for copywriter, Photography storage and management
  • Soar websites -content maintenance, loading products and banners, updating content as directed , working with website contractors and Soar marketing to agreed deadlines
  • Soar Arts and Publishing projects - Off the Press content support – general tasks / emails  / dealing with Galleries and Publishers, typeform content loading and distribution , copy clearance and image receiving , checking and distribution, liaison with designer

 Our Ideal candidate will be a content/design or a marketing/comms student with the following skillset

  • Excellent communicator, ability to prioritise and front foot any issues with the Marketing co-ordinator
  • Photoshop
  • Web Design
  • In Design ( basic understanding)
  • MS Office 365; intermediate level word/powerpoint
  • Project skills
  • Ability to adhere to and monitor work in progress/projects/deadlines.
