We are on the hunt for a personable Assistant/Booker to join our team!
We are one of New Zealand’s most established and leading Talent Agencies, representing and managing some of the finest actors, entertainers, voices and writers globally.

You would suit this role if you are easy-going, a good communicator and have a sense of humour!
No day is ever the same in the fast-paced industry, so this position requires someone who is adaptable to various tasks.
TASKS INCLUDE

Strong liaison by email and phone with clients and people within the industry

Managing schedules and coordinating auditions and appointments

Contract administration
-
Television Commercial & Short Film submissions

Internal client & database updates
-
General administrative duties
SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Self-starting and motivated

Adaptable and willing to go the extra mile
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Passion for film, television and theatre

Comfortable with sales would be an advantage

This is a fixed-term contract position from approximately February/March to at least mid-late July.
There is potential for the position to extend into a further full-time role. We are open to considering further candidates who are looking for a longer term position.
