The Pantograph Punch is an online journal and digital hub publishing bi-monthly issues that seek to excite, inspire, and challenge our readers and our sector. As a whānau we believe in the value of the arts, in developing and showcasing talented writers, and in enriching the quality of the critical conversations we’re having as a nation. To help lead the organisation, we are looking for someone to join Pantograph Punch in the role of Kaitohu Director.

Our next Kaitohu will be a courageous leader, nurturing the space Pantograph Punch provides for the next generation of writers. We are looking for someone who will bring innovative thinking and bold ideas for the financial growth of this digital-first organisation, and embody the kaupapa which underpin the organisation. You will need to have relevant experience and skills for leading business development activities, the ability to inspire the team which is spread nationwide, and an innovative strategic vision for the future of Pantograph Punch. Mentoring and development opportunities will be made available to support the successful candidate into the role, and the board commits to a supportive and collaborative working relationship.
