Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki / Auckland Arts Festival (AAF) is on the lookout for a super organized, event ticketing-savvy individual to lead the ticketing services for Auckland Arts Festival 2023.  The focus of this role will be to provide exceptional and organized ticketing set ups for all AAF2023 shows and events across a range of ticketing platforms.

AAF is a globally recognised celebration of art and culture taking place each March in New Zealand’s largest city. Presented annually, the 18-day event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

As Ticketing Manager, your role will be to action the Festival’s ticketing procedures, manage internal and external relationships with agencies and venues as well as assist in the development of ticketing policies, plans and pricing.

The best person for the job will have experience with ticketing software, building venue seating maps and financial spreadsheets, be an excellent and friendly communicator and have the ability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment.

The role of Ticketing Manager is a full-time, fixed term contract from a negotiated start date to Friday 21 April 2023.
