Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki / Auckland Arts Festival (AAF) is recruiting for a creative and collaborative Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team on a fixed term contract commencing in September 2022 through to early April 2023.  Based in Auckland, the perfect candidate will be brimming with energy and ideas and able to manage multiple campaigns effectively.  You’ll be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring effective through-the-line advertising campaigns across multiple channels.  No two days will be the same, duties will also include managing venue marketing, distribution of collateral, connecting communities to our outreach programme, assisting with copywriting and working closely with the Digital Content Manager to roll out engaging digital communications.

AAF is a globally recognised celebration of art and culture taking place each March in New Zealand’s largest city. Presented annually, the 18-day event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll need creative flair, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a varied and sometimes pressured workload. 

The role of Marketing Manager is a full-time, fixed term contract commencing from September through to early April 2023.
